| 1. How long will it take to receive my order? |
| Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours via Media Mail (USA only). Media Mail packages are normally delivered within 6-10 working days. International packages are sent via Air Mail or Global Priority (you must make sure and add a $6 surcharge to your total for International shipping). Online Access Codes are emailed (no physical shipment) within 24 hours, except on weekends. |

| 2. What is an Online Access Code? |
| An Online Access Code is a 16 number/letter code that validates a user for online usage of Ellsworth Publishing Co. (EPC) products. Each code is unique and may only be used by a single user. The textbook/software package includes an online access code (no additional purchase is needed). |

| 3. I ordered an Online Access Code. How and when do I receive it? |
| Online Access Codes are emailed by EPC staff. You will normally receive the code within 24 hours excepted on weekends. |

| 4. How do I know what edition I am ordering? |
| EPC only stocks current edition textbooks and software. You are ordering the most current edition (which will be the same edition your school is using, we do not sell older editions). |

| 5. What kind of package should I order? |
| For College/Adult users: the most likely answer is the Textbook/Software package of the desired course title. This includes the textbook, software CD, and online access code. Please keep in mind that you are likely not going to use the software CD until after the class is over (you will use the online version--your instructor will be able to monitor your progress and communicate with you). After the class is over, you will still be able to practice and refresh skills by installing the software from CD.
For K-12 users: the most likely answer is the textbook only (your educational institution has likely purchased a software license).
A 'textbook only' order is just that--textbook. No software or online access code. |
