Error message

I continue to receive two error messages.... at start up of the program (10-key) it says, "Could not create file"..... and when I close the program it says "Unable to save data file".
I installed a new book/CD on to my brandnew Windows vista computer, so I'm pretty sure it's not the computer..... but what do I know? It will not save my information (obviously...) Please help....

This just means that the program is not allowed to create a file in the installation directory. Two solutions:

1) Change the permissions on your installation directory by right-clicking on the directory and choosing properties. If you are not familiar with changing permissions you may want to try #2.

2) Install the program to a different directory (ie your Desktop). This means changing the default installation directory when going through the setup program.

This will do the trick!
